- The name scyldmaiden came from when I was reading "Beowulf" in school. The word "scyld" means and is pronounced "shield". Aspiring artist/author if I ever get anything finished. Like to think I can sing, but only with a choir. Gets lost in books far too easily. Takes a very large Black Lab to work. (He only barks at creepy truck drivers.) Can sort of act; likes Shakespear best. Loves being outside.(Except in extreme cold or heat.) Tries to grow in the Catholic faith.

I know, I'm on way too much. I've been toying with the idea of a blog for a while. But I'm a boring person, and all I feel capable of is commenting on other people's blogs. Still, I might just do it. Thanks for the support. :)

Oh, I feel really loved! Thanks 'bingy'... if that's even your name. (Haha! That's only funny to a Bernhoft girl.) I want all you people's thoughts on me starting a blog. Currently I'm thinking maybe as my fourteenth birthday present to myself, but that's not until april, and I don't know if I can wait that long. I stink at delayed gratification! Oh well.
I think your blog would be a very compromising piece of writing, which in the long run you would rather not have pasted all over the internet... But we'll see. (btw, she..i mean, Zenka, aren't you proud of me for not saying anything compromising when it would have been so easy to? I think you owe me a 20)

Hey Shilla, I think it would be very interesting if you had your own blog. But, I can't really think of what you would post on. :\ Hmm... It would probably be kind of funny, though. Bing, I can see what you mean by saying that in the long run Sheila wouldn't want her stuff pasted on the internet. I can kind of see it coming.
